We're deep in a remodel out in Rose Park, and this is what the rough-in phase looks like. Walls open, framing exposed, and our guy up on staging making sure every wire is routed exactly where it needs to be before anything gets closed up.
This is the part of a remodel most people never see - and honestly, it's the most important part. The decisions made at this stage determine how safe and functional the finished space will be for years down the road. Rushed rough-in work is one of the most common reasons homeowners end up with electrical problems later on.
You can see the wiring being run through the open stud bays, with multiple circuits being laid out across a tall, multi-level wall section. Getting this right in a space like this - with the height involved and new framing throughout - takes patience and a clear plan. We're not just pulling wire and calling it a day.
Clean electrical remodeling work is what allows every other trade to do their job right. The drywall crew, the insulation, the finish team - they all depend on us getting our part done correctly the first time. That's how a remodel stays on track.
From rough-in to final trim-out, we take the same approach on every job. Do it right, do it clean, and make sure the space is set up to work the way it should long after the walls are back up.
